The browser client offers full item handling, mail-merging, file attachment and Knowledge base facilities to ensure remote agents can operate within a highly functional environment.

There is no client installation required to run the application. The browser client will operate over a LAN, WAN, VPN or dialup connection meaning any PC with a browser installed can be used to run the browser client.

The browser client is specifically designed to minimise network traffic, thus, maintaining performance even over low speed links. It has also been modelled to have a similar look and feel to the system client to ensure cross training and inter-operability are easily achievable.
